You need OTR for scholarship apply if you don't have then follow below given step:
1. Go to NSP official website Click here
2. Tick all two check box then click on next.
3. Enter your mobile number and click on Get OTP then verify OTP.
4.Fill all document carefully and finish.
5. Finaly you get OTR Number.
